Provision authorizing Federal courts to require production of documents in proceedings, other than criminal, under the revenue laws (the allegations expected to be proved thereby to be taken as proved, on failure to produce such documents), _held_ as applied to a suit for forfeiture under the customs laws, to constitute unreasonable search in violation of the Fourth Amendment. Provision penalizing "every person who prevents, hinders, controls, or intimidates another from exercising * * * the right of suffrage, to whom that right is guaranteed by the Fifteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, by means of bribery * * *," _held_ not authorized by the said Fifteenth Amendment.
