_Waa_ (wa'a)--a canoe.
_Wahine_ (wa-hi-ne)--a female; a woman; a wife.
_Wai_--water.
_Waialeale_ (Wai-a-le-a-le)--billowy water; the central mountain on the
island of Kauai (p. 106).
