Octavo, olive cloth, uncut; title, contents, pp. 382. The
collation being the same as that of the Boston, 1881 edition it
is possible that Bogue purchased the sheets from Osgood or
Whitman and bound the book to his own tastes.
There was another issue, same collation, in 1884.
