=erinacea=, Fr. P. 1-2 cm. dry, convex, subumbil. squamulose with
fascicles of hairs, rusty-umber; g. adnate, quite entire; s. 1-1.5 cm.
incurved, hairy, colour of p.; sp. 9-15 x 6-7.
Dry as in _Marasmius_. Differs from _N. siparia_ in entire edge of g.
and stem squamulose throughout.
