Introduction
This manual has been prepared as a guide to the Information Network
Service, the interlibrary loan system of the Long Island Library
Resources Council (LILRC).
The manual contains a description of how the location and delivery
service works and the policy on which it is based, as well as standards
to which it is expected participating libraries will adhere.
