developing countries; it includes the following 28 advanced economies:

Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea,
Luxembourg, Netherlands, NZ, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden,
