Austria must accept allied disposition of any Austrian rights in Turkey and Bulgaria. She must accept allied arrangements with Germany regarding Schleswig-Holstein. Clauses affecting Egypt, Morocco, Siam and China identical with German treaty. Entire Austro-Hungarian navy to be surrendered to Allies. Twenty-one specified auxiliary cruisers to be disarmed and treated as merchantmen. All warships, including submarines, under construction shall be broken up and may be used only for industrial purposes. All naval arms and material must be surrendered.
