he has borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows; yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. Mosiah 14:5 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Mosiah 14:6 6 All we, like sheep, have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquities of us all. Mosiah 14:7 7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth; he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb so he opened not his mouth. Mosiah 15:2 2 And because he dwelleth in flesh he shall be called the Son of God, and having subjected the flesh to the will of the Father, being the Father and the Son-- Mosiah 15:3 3 The Father, because he was conceived by the power of God; and the Son, because of the flesh; thus becoming the Father and Son-- Mosiah 15:4 4 And they are one God, yea, the very Eternal Father of heaven and of earth. Mosiah 15:5 5 And thus the flesh becoming subject to the Spirit, or the Son to the Father, being one God, suffereth temptation, and yieldet
