Head white about the eyes, vertex luteous; face pale tawny, with white grooves for the antennae; antennae tawny, small; arista slightly plumose at the base; thorax with seven indistinct blackish lines; abdomen brown, with dorsal hoary nearly triangular spots, under side marsupial-like or with a pouch, ferruginous on each side; legs black, each tibia with a ferruginous band; wings limpid, slightly testaceous at the base, with brown dots and bands, the latter abbreviated hindward, blackish towards the costa; veins black, testaceous towards the base; discal transverse v
