me sons of light. These things spoke Jesus, and departed, and hid himself from them. (37)But though he had wrought so many signs before them, they did not believe on him; (38)that the saying of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke: Lord, who believed our report, And to whom was the arm of the Lord revealed? (39)Therefore they could not believe, because Isaiah said again: (40)He has blinded their eyes, And has hardened their heart; That they should not see with their eyes, And understand with their heart, And turn, and I should heal them.
